Returns & Exchanges

At Nookie, we want you to feel confident and glamorous in your purchase, which is why we offer a 21-day return window for all full-priced items. Please ensure all garments are unworn, unwashed, and still have their original security tags attached to be eligible for a refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Package Your Items

  Carefully place the items in their original packaging, ensuring the Nookie garment bag and all designer tags are included to prevent damage during transit.

• 3.
  Affix the Shipping Label

  Download and print your pre-paid shipping label from the portal, then securely attach it to the outside of your parcel.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Hand your package to the designated courier service and keep your tracking receipt; once received at our warehouse, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days.
